"The room was lovely, a good size and clean which is all we could ask for. Complementary biscuits with the tea/coffee facility which was a nice added treat. The staff were all very friendly and efficient and the checking in/out process was a breeze. The hotel has a restaurant attached which is very handy after a long day driving and if you don’t want to venture into the town (5 minute drive away). "Location is great nice walk in to Keswick about 20 mins. Food and drink very nice and a good price. Staff all friendly and helpful. Hotel needs some renovation work but for a couple of nights it's a lovely place to stay. "

"This was a business trip and the pub was the closest B&B, I found the staff fantastic always eager to help in anyway they could the owner of the pub was first class this coupled with great food and a good range of bears on draft made my stay excellent.
