"Quiet, convenient location and kind staff."

"Very clean, breakfast was fantastic, great staff"

"Great location to take daughter to uni of York, very reasonable for the standard of the hotel and handy that they had an electric car charger. The breakfast could have been better (we had avo crumpet which was pretty mushy) but very minor issue."

"Clean property with friendly staff."

"The room was surface clean but off putting to see the grime around the bed legs. Obviously hoovered but months where it didn't get near enough that you could see it when sitting in the chair. Breakfast delicious. Staff very friendly and helpful. Possibly the hardest bed I ever slept in. Or didn't sleep in more to the point. So hard it hurt my hips."

"A fabulous place to stay. Central, clean, welcoming - and little extras and breakfast were outstanding."

"Breakfast was lovely ,Michelle the server was efficient and friendly despite being very busy .Would definitely stay again."

"Nice breakfast"

"Parking was a bonus - cheap and cheerful, clean with an abundance of tea/coffee if required. Fridge in the room plus a fan which was definitely needed. Sheets were clean, bed was comfy & bathroom was spotless! It was just somewhere to lay our heads for the night, so under £100 for York in the middle of summer was a bargain 👌"

"Central, has its own bar and beer garden overlooking the river. Parking available"

"Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room and good value for money On site parking a bonus in York."

"Fabulous location. Comfortable, relaxing, and convenient location!"
