"Friendly, helpful staff, good breakfast and comfortable bed. Doors need dampers as slam loudly, hotel needs a refurb. Had everything we needed in the room. Can walk into town in 20 mins. Shouldn’t have to pay for parking if you are staying there. "

"I really enjoyed my stay at the Priory Hotel. It's a nice, quiet location with a great breakfast included in the rate. However, what I loved the most was the staff. In particular, I want to thank Iren at the front desk again. I arrived at the hotel late at night, and the kitchen was already closed. Out of pure kindness, Iren decided to make me a sandwich herself so I could eat. If that isn't amazing customer service and going the extra mile, I don't know what would be! Great stay, 100%...

"I got it because it was close to where I was going but was astoundingly happy there. There area is out in the country and the property is a converted building originally built for workers on the surrounding estates. Great history and an old church on the property. Beautiful walks and a lot of birds and cows. I saw a rare woodpecker in the front and the whole dinner room stopped to come look.
