"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I stayed in the Mansion House which had a lovely rustic feel but was also very clean and modern. The whole site had a lovely feel and the other building with the pool etc looked very modern and also had some nice cosy seating areas. We didn't use any facilities but had a look around and everything looked brand new! Would love to stay here again. "

"Nice clean hotel, but bedrooms very dated. Window held together with worn out cello tape. OK in the summer but I imagine cold in the winter. Shower head would not stay up and cubicle old and rusty. Plug sockets loose and TV aerial socket fell out. "

"Really nice hotel, lovely and clean room, the beds were really comfortably only problem i can say i had with our room is that the shower door didnt close properly.unfortunately the breakfast really let this place down , i had a full vegetarian breakfast as the waiter took my order i said that i didnt want the vegetarian sausage or any meat substitute, i was interrupted by the waiter staiting that its not a meat substitute and walked off didnt give me chance to say i also didnt want mushroom. "The Falcon was an ideal base for a night away when visiting friends. The price was good and our room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was ok and there is some parking. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definately stay when next in the area. "

Tea and coffee is complimentary but all edible snacks are extras and payable on departure. Would be helpful to have bold signs to this effect."

"Nice hotel with comfortable and spacious room. Pleasantly decorated. Noise proofing not good though, could hear the resident in the room above walking across the floor as the floor boards creaked and could even hear him snoring in the night! Staff were pleasant and food in the pub was excellent."
