"Beautiful property with magical views of the lake by day and night. The staff were so friendly and informative. We really enjoyed the location by the lake and a short stroll for food, bike rental and Kawaguchiko Station. We stayed in a Japanese style room and found it very comfortable and plenty of space. Hot tip - don’t miss going to the onsen, the view of Mt Fuji is spectacular!"

We went with the breakfast options and those were yummy and convenient. The picturesque location can't be beat. The hotel itself is a bit dated, but we liked the retro vibe. We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Mt. Fuji"

"This is a very nice hotel, the rooms ae large and comfortable, but you have to be okay with futons on teh floor. It is right across from the lake and within walking distance of the Rope line, boat tours and restaurants and cafes. The Hot springs pools are gender separated and in traditional Japanese style, with an outdoor pool and a hotter indoor poole and full showering and washing with shampoo and soap. A very good place with a free shuttle from the station."
