"Fantastic location just above Shimokitazawa neighborhood. Rooms are small but efficient and comfortable. Read a few negative reviews about scuff marks on the walls etc. but we found the hotel very clean and having a café with bagels and coffee in the morning was perfect to start our day. The common areas awesome and used by people in the area, not just the tourist at the hotel."
