"I would like to say that Tiago was a big help getting us a new room as our AC did not work properly and we had a poor first night sleep. "This a well presented hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I had requested gluten free bread for my breakfast and the kitchen staff supplied me with bread, cake and biscuits every morning. The room was very clean and comfortable. It is around a ten minute walk from the hotel to the centre of Aveiro. Very happy with our stay at the Alfonso."
