"The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was nicer than my one at home, it did drain slowly but when I mentioned this at checkout he let me know they were already working on that resolution. A few of the lights didn’t work and he let me know they’d be added to the list, but it didn’t impact my stay at all because there were so many it was still plenty bright. It was a bit noisy when I checked in at 10. But by 11:15 it was super quiet. And having a Tim Hortons across the parking lot made getting my morning coffee fix quite easy!"

"I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. The staff were always helpful and courteous. The food at breakfast and kickback (which is an amazing offering) was great. The indoor/outdoor pool was so much fun for the kids. The location was walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. Even parking in the "bat cave" was cool. I am happy to switch to the Drury brand after staying here."

"We had a really lovely room with a view of the river. The room was spacious, clean and very quiet. Staff who checked us in was very pleasant and friendly. Breakfast included eggs, meat, French toast/pancakes and oatmeal, along with other breads, juices and coffee. All staff at the hotel were pleasant. Didn't swim in the pool but it looked nice and was warm. I would stay here again."

"The staff were very friendly. My room looked as if it were updated, which was nice. The bathroom was a bit tight, but I loved the walk-in shower. I had zero problems during my stay. I will definitely stay again if I'm traveling back to Columbus. "
