"Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel in great location. A lot of dining and shopping options within walking distance. Felt safe any time of day or night walking around. Most tourists attractions are also within walking distance Rooms are smallish, sheets are very noisy sounds like rustling paper when you move on them and the streets are very noisy of a night you can hear everything in your room. "

"Had to remember that the hotel was beside the hospital so yes the ambulances make some noise - but it was expected. Staff were awesome, always wanting to help. Our premium studio was huge, so much space! Hotel location was an easy 10-15min walk to Canada Place, HOHO bus was right outside, shopping mall less than 10min walk away, IGA less than 5min walk. Really good location for so many fun things to see and do in downtown Vancouver."

"Great location if you are shopping around Granville Market. The little kitchenette consists of a sink, coffee maker, tiny fridge and microwave. They should stock it with kitchen towels or paper towels."
