"While the staff were mostly helpful and friendly we had an issue trying to check out. We booked and paid through hotels.com and they tried to charge us twice saying we hadn't paid. There was also confusion on the location of the hotel. The map listed on hotels.com is wrong which caused issues with our plans for the weekend. The hotel is up the mountain in Velletri and we had to take more taxis than anticipated, which are few and far between in Velletri."

"ALL the staff were so accommodating as my luggage did not arrive with me when my flight arrived in Rome and was not going to be delivered to Fiuggi until late the next day. They provided me with a toothbrush, toothpaste a bath robe, slippers and extra blankets and a complimentary beverage. And when they found out I was a vegan they went out and purchased rice milk which was soooo kind so I could have cereal in the morning. "Lovely old seminary, pretty comfortable, is undergoing renovations, the only major drawback is NO internet service in rooms. We were there in early October, so was very quiet. This place is way off the beaten track, a bit of a windy and twisting road, saw several hang gliders."

"We went on a Saturday when the springs were open until midnight. Magical to be out in the springs under the stars. Service overall was great. The dinner meal service was slow but the food was good. Two of us had massages that were ok, not exceptional. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel. We had a great experience there. "

"Great as a base to visit all the small hill towns.Much cooler than Rome very pleasant weather. Breakfast pastry was excellent. Gino was a wonderful host. Brought me to the bus station and made sure all was secure."
