"I picked this property as it said it had laundry service. I was thinking machines that i could wash my clothes but you can avail of a laundry service but you need 13kg of clothes etc for them to do it for you as it is an outside agency. "Our stay in New West was great. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Fron Desk staff are very helpful and accommodating. Special thank you to Nikki and the other FD agent with curly hair (sorry, i didn't ask her name), they are amazing! The only thing to keep in mind that rooms don't have fridges, but it could be requested for an additional cost. Location is easy to get around. Overall, if you're looking on budget accommodation, New West Inn will be a great choice. "

"I stayed in room 217. The room, bedding and towels were very clean with towels replaced daily. It backed onto the Vondelpark so I looked out onto trees and hear birdsong rather than tram and traffic noise.The decor was a little tired and the bathroom was very small but the shower was good with plentiful hot water and I found it ideal as a solo traveller. Reception staff were helpful and informative. For a weekend trip to see the museums and quieter parts of Amsterdam it is ideally placed."
