"This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The staff really look after you, nice surprises every day, great location, walkable to the more busy areas. "We didn’t get to even check in because there was no room available and they said they didn’t have a partnership with expedia. We were on an island with no ability to leave and literally everything was booked for New Year’s Eve when we got there. It was a mess. We had to take horse taxis all over until we finally found a place with availability and missed our whole day there. "
