The cleaning staff later shared the ionizers were broken and were on order. The manager lied to us about that part. He was also very sexist in his references to the "cleaning women" and "House men". Mr. Eddie, Jim, Michael, and Garrett were wonderful and made us feel cared for; Mr. Kenny the maintenance man took time to invest and get to know us and made sure our safety was paramount. Ms. Iryana went above and beyond to ensure our room was welcoming and felt clean when we returned every afternoon....
