The procedure for accessing the building and the room (once you are present on the site of the hotel) was clear. Two small suggestions: (1) stop relying on the app to verify identity, as not everyone has a phone that it works on. (2) if you tell guests the kitchen has coffee making facilities etc., make sure the kitchen...

"Nice room behind the club house. Would be nice to sit out at night watching the golfers but the weather was horrible. Only criticism was the lack of phone signal but this is not the golf clubs fault. The food in the club house was very good including the freshly prepared breakfast. Would stay again."

"Cheapest place to stay in Oxford, I only really needed a hotel to get ready in and sleep. The initial room they tried to give us was in a different building, and it was literally just a bedroom in someone’s grotty house - stank of smoke and not safe! Do not book the room with the shared bathroom. The room we moved to was acceptable given the cost (albeit incredibly dated and dirty), but that is about it."

"Room was clean and comfortable. Typical 3-star accommodation, and Abdul, the manager, was a helpful and courteous host. Best part was that Ali Inn is in the heart of Oxford, close to bars, restaurants and all attractions. Highly recommended for value-for-money and convenience."
