"Toilet was loose, tub drained slowly, and staff took two days to respond without fixing anything."

"The central location in Fairfield is ideal. The only complaint was the internet and tv. Our unit was farthest from the main building and likely the router couldn’t generate a strong signal that far. The tv froze as did my iPad and phone when trying to stream. Get a room close to the main building it may help."

"The rooms were nice and big. Kind of weird layout. But my family and I did sleep well in the beds and comfortable pillows. My room had a mini fridge and a small kitchen sink. No microwave. Shower had nice hot water and great water pressure. No carpets in the rooms so it got noisy with people walking around above you. We ate breakfast next door at POPS! And that was DELICIOUS!!!!"

"They accommodated an early check in for us after our red eye flight. The rooms were clean and well stocked with toiletries. There was a water shut off while we were there and a broken faucet handle required us to change rooms during our stay. Otherwise, the stay was pleasant. It’s a great centrally located hotel near freeways and shopping in Danbury"

"Potholes getting in the property and getting in the garage was horrible. Chlorine was to strong burned our senses trying g to get to our room from the garage."
