"It was a nice property and clean and in order. I would have like to have known up front that there is no available parking and that there was a daily charge to use what was available. I had a difficult time finding the room (my kids and walked all around the building at the end of a long day of travel) and was sent to the wrong room by one of the customer service agents when I called their helpline. The agent who was the MOST HELPFUL WITH THE PROCESS AND WHO MADE THE DIFFERENCE FOR US STAYING after our frustrating check-in process and finding the room was MAE! She deserves some HUGE KUDOS. Had she not helped the way she did I was ready to cancel the room and find a new place to stay. All that said Sonder was clean, well kept and secure. I was comfortable staying there with my kids. If I have to choose to stay in Denver again I will keep Sonder on my list."

"There was an issue with the system having problems. Not updating bookings, throughout the problem they discovered and fixed it, with prpfesionalism. The breakfast is not even worth it if you are getting there halfway."

"The Frontdesk staff was friendly. Housekeeping staff are very nice Hot breakfast was a big plus, I didn't know when I booked it was hot breakfast included. Very close to major freeway. Target and Starbucks a walk behind the hotel, or drive for 3 minutes. The best part was how clean the room was. And the A/C worked great "
