"We booked it last minute, in Europe usually you cannot check in after 8pm so having a 24 hour front desk for travelers is a huge bonus. We just parked on the street but I believe they’re have a garage as well. Also enjoyed check out at noon"

"Firstly the property does not have its own parking. It’s a public car park that you need to walk to. Nowhere did it mention the height restrictions. Due to our car being too big for it we were asked to park even more further away. The stuff speaks poor English which makes it hard to communicate with them. In the middle of the night we were woken up by a very loud constant beeping noise, like an alarm which lasted for about 5 minutes. The breakfast was very basic and not a lot of choice....

"Okay so this was the 2nd IBIS we’ve stayed at in Mulhouse during our travels and by far the one needing some care and upgrades. I’m not expecting excellence with this hotel chain and to be fair the bed was comfortable and the water hot so basic needs met. It wasn’t the cleanest and the toilet seat was chipped. The wall colours were so depressingly decorated with a single red panel meant to brighten up the rooms. Breakfast was minimal ( compared for example with IBIS in Calais). The shop bought...

"Wow, the reviews were right, this place is exceptional. Huge, soft bed, the latest touch switch LED lights. A rarity in this price: room aircon. The friendly staff went above & beyond. Even the in house restaurant offers genuine home cooked meals for a very reasonable flat rate. Check in & out was all online and very easy. Fantastic."

"In France all hotels below 4* are big disappointment and this particular one should not have a star range assignment as it looks like a motel. Dirty towel had to be changed on our arrival. "
