"This hotel is extremely BASIC. The bed was comfortable and clean. The shower is powerful. However, there is NO AirCon in the rooms which made my 3 nights stay extremely uncomfortable. Also, make sure you check if they are observing EUGDPR about your personal data. When I checked in, there was someone else's address printed on my check in slip!"

Shower was small and shower-head was not working well, would not stay in place. blow dryer stopped after a few minutes. Room was quiet at night. "Quiet place but clean. Front desk was friendly. We had a car so we drove around for the most part, they had free on site parking outside and in the garage. I did see bus stops around the area when walking to the bakery. There is a bakery two minutes away from the hotel which had really nice baked goods. Grocery store near by if you want to buy snacks. "Highly recommend for anyone who has a loved one staying at the ATOS Orthoparc Klinik. Essential by Dorint Köln is a 7 minute WALK to the hospital. This made daily visits possible as the commute from where we live would be an hour each way. The staff were friendly and helpful (provided a loaner power strip when we realized one was needed to charge the laptop). The rooms were comfortable, business style, with a good wall mounted TV. "Property and rooms were older looking. The lounge was unstaffed and did not appear functional. Rooms were large. Breakfast looked good, with one guy making eggs but no one was there. "
