"For a one night business trip, this hotel is perfect. Inexpensive yet very conveniently located just in front of Kokura station, with plenty of dining choices within an easy walk. "The staff is friendly and helpful. They have luggage transfer service, taqbin, to my next hotel (with a charge). When requested, they helped me to ask the other hotel if they can receive my luggage ahead of my check in. Their check in/out is also very foreigner friendly. You use a machine which can display in japanese english, chinese and korean to check in/out (with the staff help)"

"This offers great value for money - it’s very clean, with all the usual hotel amenities (kettle, fridge etc) and in a good location. The only negative is that there was no way to control the temperature in the room apart from turning the heating off and opening the window. The room was too warm for my liking so that would be the only negative point. Otherwise, the stay was excellent and it’s fantastic value for money. "

You can found everything in this hotel, starting from the welcome drink, natural hot spring, massage chair, and after hot spring service (small dinner, free flow drink, all you can eat ice cream). And there are many choices on the breakfast menu and all is delicious! And, you can find the region speciality dish as one of dish that this hotel can offer. So, I can already enjoy the hotel itself, it’s the staycation type hotel. Really recommended! "
