"It was a fine hotel, about a 10 minute walk from tge main bustling area of town. The staff spoke mainly Japanese only, but were super helpful despite the language barrier. Breakfast was good rather tgan excellent, as was the hotel in general."

"Overall a decent hotel for the money. The room, while tiny was adequate for my needs and the bed was comfortable enough. Breakfast was included for free, but there wasn't much to choose from although at this price point it's better than absolutely nothing. "Reika was an amazing host. The hotel is adorable and includes ducks, bunnies and birds.. It’s a walk down the block to a beach situated on a beautiful resort with access to some of the amenities. "

"My husband and I had an absolutu fantastic stay here for 3 nights - it's the perfect base to explore the island while being located close to Ishigaki centre for great food options and amenities. The swimming pool was a fantastic length to do laps in, and the buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of western and Asian options. Our room was spotless with a beautiful view over the ocean. We will definitely be coming back to stay again! "

"Beautiful location with its own beach right out the door. The owner was very kind and spoke excellent English. He helped me sign up for excursions and I really enjoyed the breakfast and dinners with a view of the beach. Amazing part of the island and highly recommended "
