"An excellent stay. Useless bar staff. I order 2 pots of tea and a ginger ale from a drinks fountain. Well I was lucky I got tonic water and no teas. She did not complete my order but took my money. Other end of the spectrum as I had run out of tea I called reception, it was delivered in under 5 mins. Some great staff stay, lovely building, but the hotel need to ensure there front line staff are properly trained, and able to offer the same excellent"
