"何度かクリスタルグループさんを利用させていただいていて、今回初めての施設を利用させていただきました。急遽の旅行だった為リーズナブルな値段設定に惹かれて予約させてもらいました。 今まで宿泊したⅡや、別荘とは違いキッチンが狭かったことやダイニングがない事など不便さは感じてしまいました。 ただスタッフの方々、皆さん親切でこちらの要望に最大限応えていただき感謝しております。 パンダに会う為、年に1〜２回は白浜旅行しておりましたので、今後減るとは思いますが、機会がありましたらまたクリスタルグループさんの宿にお世話になりたいと思います。 大変お世話になりましてありがとうございました。"

"もう、最高でした✨ アメニティ、寝具、ドリンク、食器、お水、電化製品、清潔さ、害虫対策全てにおいて文句ないくらい整っており、100点満点です！ あと、10ヶ月の赤ちゃんを連れて行ったのですが、ベビーベッド、ベビー用寝具、ベビー用チェア、ベビー用食器などなど…ご準備頂いており、この対応お心遣いは最高でした！ 総合受付のスタッフの皆様も丁寧にご対応くださり、とても気分が良くなりました。 ただ、フライパンが使えなくなっていたのですが、連絡するとすぐに新しいものを届けてくださいました。朝食用に準備していたフレンチトーストを無事に作ることができ、大満足な旅行となりました。 午後も是非利用させていただきたいと思います。皆さま、ありがとうございました☆"
