"I have stayed in this property before in 2022. It was good then and good now in 2024. The restaurant is very good, with tasty food for both breakfast and supper. The staff is friendly and helpful when needed. The only complaint is there is only one ice machine on the main flor."

"The 5 star is for the staff. We got off the cruise ship and my wife was ill. They let us check in early and she could sleep thankfully. This is not the Ritz. It is a clean comfortable room. The area around has a sketchy character or two, but there is a Tim Horton's up the street and it was easy to get a cab/Uber when needed."

"Had to remember that the hotel was beside the hospital so yes the ambulances make some noise - but it was expected. Staff were awesome, always wanting to help. Our premium studio was huge, so much space! Hotel location was an easy 10-15min walk to Canada Place, HOHO bus was right outside, shopping mall less than 10min walk away, IGA less than 5min walk. Really good location for so many fun things to see and do in downtown Vancouver."

"Right next to Granville Stn, close to Gastown, smaller rooms but has everything I needed. The bed and pilllows were soft but firm - perfect! A bonus - the Nespresso machine! I was on the first floor, not much of a view and found it a little noisy with traffic. But I would not hesitate to stay there again! "
