"The room was fine however even though the windows were open the room was unbelievably hot. In fact the whole hotel was it was like the heating was on. The pillows were too soft. Breakfast was good nice choices Parking was good Good location bus stops nearby very quiet area "

"A decent hotel if visiting the Anvil Theatre. Stayed Saturday night so a little street noise around midnight. Nice bar. Didn't eat as menu limited. Staff very pleasant. Kept running out of breakfast food between 09.30 and 10.00am. Having said that very good value for money and will stay again when visiting the Anvil."

"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I stayed in the Mansion House which had a lovely rustic feel but was also very clean and modern. The whole site had a lovely feel and the other building with the pool etc looked very modern and also had some nice cosy seating areas. We didn't use any facilities but had a look around and everything looked brand new! Would love to stay here again. "

"Staff were really friendly, it was a beautiful setting. The rooms was comfortable and quiet, however it would have been useful to have something in the room with the wifi code on it. The route through to the room was grubby and also the entrance door was not closed and there were gaps in it. The conservatory and bar area were lovely but it felt a little unloved. "We had a very decent stay, the room was spacious, a comfortable bed and good facilities, the bathroom was large, a fantastic shower and good amenities. The staff were very polite and helpful and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was very good. The only downside was the lift being out of order and having to walk up and down six flights of the stairs to the room each time. "

"We recently stayed at Rasa Sayang and found it to be a good value for the money in a convenient location. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. While the chairs around the table were quite cheap and not very comfortable, the bathroom was adequate and met our needs. Overall, despite a few minor drawbacks, our stay at Rasa Sayang was pleasant. Considering the good location and reasonable price, we would stay here again."
