"Hotel was nice but in a not so good area. A lot of homeless people and ladies of the night ( if you get my drift). However the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The cleaning crew doesn’t speak English but Norma was AMAZING! On our 3rd day we met her and it was a perfect stay after that. Clean towels and wash clothes daily, she made our bed when we asked. I will say this, if you ask for fresh linen don’t expect it until after 12pm. I thought it was very odd that they wash everything at...

"The bed and the pillows were not super comfortable. Definitely a little dated but I know the epicenter/queen city quarter has struggled since the pandemic. It was fine for the one night that we stayed. "
