"It was uniquely terrible. Access was beyond terrible. No vehicular access and a long long steep uphill path of steps and rough concrete. Impossible for anybody with the slightest walking issues. The house is situated in a building site. The garden is a total mess. The pool is unkept. The free public parking is a plain fabrication. The room shower is rough concrete. "We had a wonderful stay at Chez Momo II. The views from the hotel are breathtaking and there is able patio space to relax and take in the surroundings. Food at the hotel was phenomenal and very reasonably priced. Staff was very easy to work with and accommodating. I would highly recommend going for a guided hike to the “top of the world”. Ask for a guide by the name of Mohammed to show you around. Highly recommend this area of Morocco and this hotel specifically. "

"We loved the idea of staying in the mountains however, the property did not mention vital information like; there is no transport facilities at all, you have to hire a taxi through their tour company which charges 80€ each way to airport/Marrakesh. Also, we were told by Expedia that we’d have shared bathroom with another room however, there is 3 other rooms and whilst we were there, there was at least another 6 guests. It felt quite run down and I experienced power cuts and a leaky ceiling onto my bed during the rain that evening. "Literally it was one of the best trips i had ever, we were very happy with the hotel and room mountain view, breakfast was tasty and various, room were very clean and spacious, and the team were On Point, very friendly, professional and they were keeping attention to each little detail to make us happy and feel like home. "Our family stay at Relais Esmeralda was simply exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Mohamed, whose kindness made our experience even more enjoyable. The Moroccan cuisine, lovingly prepared by a wonderful lady, was a highlight of our stay—every dish, especially the tagines, was an absolute delight. The setting of Relais Esmeralda is enchanting, combining tranquility, comfort, and authentic decor that invites relaxation. The suites are spacious, elegantly decorated, and provide all the comfort needed for a restful stay. We also loved the activities on offer, particularly the quad and buggy excursion to the Agafay desert, a truly memorable adventure. Located just 35 km from Marrakech, this peaceful haven is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the Atlas Mountains. We were captivated by this magical place and can't wait to return."
