"We love staying at Carter Creek Resort. This was our 4th visit. We are disappointed in the menu change at the restaurant. The menu and food was always so good. The limited menu leaves few choices and the burger we purchased was over cooked and the bun burned. 😞. It would be great to have a cart station where they are more accessible to some of the villas that are not close to the office. It was difficult to control our AC in 1403. It was only 2 of us but 4 can stay comfortably. The beds are super comfy. I didn't feel like I had to sanitize and deep clean while I was there."
