"What a great weekend! Eric was the perfect host and the facilities were outstanding! I highly recommend this to large families. The thirteen bedrooms gave a lot of space for all of our families; the kitchen was well equipped; the pool area was superb; the main house was big enough for all of us to enjoy meals in one area; the extra chairs and tables in the barn were very helpful and the barn for evening games worked out great. The teens also enjoyed the game room."
"First off it was a lil hard to find, I used Google maps and it had me trying to turn a block or so further. My other family didn't have problems as they used their iPhones directions. The house is down a very rocky dirt road and the actual address sign is easy to miss. Once entering we had a few hiccups. The wifi wasn't working and we had issues with the water not working. I couldn't get a hold of the host from the website, so I had to call VRBO then the host contacted me directly and had the water issue resolved in a timely manner and so was the wifi. We also had ants in the downstairs bathroom. Also, it would have been helpful to know the house only had one shower in one bathroom and only a tub in the other bathroom.Other than that our stay was good for our family getaway. The house had enough space for our family and we enjoyed the peace and quiet of the location."
"The perfect place for a getaway! We drove in after dark, and we were greeted with lights leading us up to our door. So many extra, personal touches throughout the property. We felt like we were staying in a treehouse. Great views in the deck, wooded property, plush outdoor seating, beautifully toned chime hanging in a tree, birds chirping, you cannot ask for a better place to sip coffee in the morning or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. The interior was very clean. Comfortable king sized bed, theater recliners and a huge television. The host did a great job communicating and leaving notes for directions for all the things. We didn’t need to run to the store for anything. It exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this charming rental!!"

"It is a clean, quiet, and safe place for two people to stay. If you enjoy the outdoors, the Cypress Falls Swimming Hole, Blue Hole Regional Park, and 7A Ranch are just 6–7 minutes away from Patty’s house. A big plus is that the owner has a gym next to the house, offering various types of workouts. Just text her to sign up—it’s free!"
"This home is close to the downtown of Wimberley and in the neighborhood it is walking distance to the community pool, a restaurant and the Night Sky Tavern. Access to washer and dryer if needed and several sitting and dining areas. Nice outdoor area for a fire if cold enough and seeing the stars at night.Have requested that they turn up the temperature on the water heater for warmer showers.Would come again!"
