"Having a book with instructions for using lights, tvs, sound system and pool controls. Pool was excellent hot tub a little dated but works ok. Could do with a device to help take cover off the hot tub. We used the bbq and smoker and both worked well. Good communications. Great view and convenient to the town. I don’t think the noise ordinance was in the details."
