"Okayish hotel - you get what you pay for I guess. Room was decent size with a nice desk and chair for working. The shower was confusing initially - shower head on one wall but the controls were on the opposite wall, not something I am familiar with so it took some playing around but was fine. "This property was a great location for us as we were visiting friends who lived in the same street. We stayed in a nice quiet room facing the street. the room was clean and well presented but the bathroom was in need of an upgrade, mouldy walls above shower and shower plug was blocked and the bathroom had a sewage smell to it. Door was a little hard to unlock with key."

"The hotel is in suburban area, very difficult to reach using public transportation. 30 mins walk to the nearest bus station. I arrived at 9pm using taxi, suppose to be 20 mins from air port, but hard to find...taxi along cost the same as one night stay. Food bar closed at 8pm, and no nearby restaurant,dark outside. I m glad i reduced 1lb or twoweightby skipping dinner. "

"Eichwalde is a quiet, residential town. I was planning a couple of long days at DESY-Zeuthen, one S-Bahn stop south of Eichwalde (or a nice 45 minute walk). I typically stay in Berlin proper, but wanted to give this a try. Anyway, I had a small, but very nice, single room. Checked in late via the intercom and key lock-box. I had a German speaker with me, but it seems likely it would have worked in any case. Breakfast was quiet, food and coffee were excellent."
