What a fantastic gem of a property. Surrounded by woods in a quiet neighborhood, immaculate hotel with professional staff and free parking. We felt absolutely safe walking to nearby shops and dining. Also commuter train nearby. The breakfast was a gigantic buffet of meats, cheeses, fruits, veg, juices, cereals. Just fabulous. Didn’t get to visit the spa but looked amazing. Zero complaints about this stay.

As I arrived at Q Hotel, I realized that I had dropped my phone in the Uber that took me there. The front desk staff was so helpful. They spent an hour helping me to phone my telephone so that we could ask the Uber driver to come back. In the end it all worked out well. I recommend this hotel, as it is clean and bright. But mostly, I recommend this hotel because the staff are helpful, kind and patient.

Easy to find, secure, staff super helpful.

Great option. Well located, everything went flawless.

The only thing I would recommend is that the owner notify potential renters that there is no elevator service.

The hotel was great, everything went well. The only complaint I have was that the hotel is connected to another Hilton hotel, The Doubletree. ( you literally could walk down a hall and be in the other hotel) and on the lower level was a pool that either hotel could use. BUT the Hampton guest had to pay. So I was disappointed in that and the fact it was abbot pricey for the Hampton guest to pay. $35 for my husband to take our two girls just for an hour or two was a lot in my opinion. And I say...

Absolutely the One of the Best Experiences! Very friendly, comfortable and enjoyable places to stay! Excellent customer service from when you walk into the lobby and when you leave. I really enjoyed my room, it was very comfortable and I did not want to leave and explore the city! True story! Definitely a home away from home. Thanks for the perfect hospitality experience!

The staff here was amazing! They were incredible at giving us help navigating the city, tours and keeping us up to date on closures with the coronovirus. The morning we left, they had the taxi driver there early so we wouldn't miss our flights and made us a very delicious lunch to take with us. The hotel is in a perfect location between the Glowny train station and old town. The free breakfast in the morning is complete and fantadtic. I highly recommend this hotel if visiting in Krakow.

The apartment is modern and clean. It is across the river from Wawel Hill, and within walking distance of most of the historic sites in Krakow.

This was my second stay here! Lovely and quiet! Very convenient as it is next door to Sukiennice!

Great location. Room was in great condition and the kitchen was perfect for my stay. No complaints, would stay here again!

The property is located between the city and the airport which makes both easily accessible by car. The property is modern and has excellent staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable for the prize one pays. Overall it is a great location which I will book again if my travel plans take me to Krakow again!

Everything about this hotel was lovely . I would definitely book here again .

I had a cozy single which was well placed and comfortable. As a VIP, the hotel put a full-sized bottle of wine in my room, which I appreciated. My only concern is that the hotel tells clients to place a sign on the door by 3 p.m., if you want to opt-in for cleaning services. But I didn't check in until 3:30 p.m. when I arrived, so I fear I had missed it. The room was serviced anyway after I put the sign up late, but I've never had to "opt-in" to cleaning before. (Usually, a client has to put a...
