"When we arrived to the hotel we got a room that was dirty and crawling with ants, we tried to cancel our stay for the week due to unsanitary reasons and wanted to find alternative accomodation for the rest of our stay in Crete. The hotel staff was not willing to give us any refund but wanted to change us to a room they called an upgrade due to better view from the balcony. I loved the fact that we were so close to everything but to find parking will be tough sometimes however pay parking is close by and street parking you can find if you look! "
