"Need to find your own way to contact the hotel for check in because they do not have any reception counter. There is no concierge available to store your luggages too. We chose the hotel because of it's close proximity to shopping areas around it but were very disappointed to be greeted with dirty room, toilets and poor service. The bedsheets were dusty and they do not provide any housekeeping services neither do they clear your rubbish throughout your stay. The personnel assisting with check in...
