"The staff at this hotel are inexperienced. When we arrived the person checked us in, passed over the keys and then took them back stating the room may still need cleaning. Food available was more like a fast food chain. Waited 45 minutes for a sandwich although the place was not overly busy. Several drink requests were made being advised that they were out of stock of items. Would not recommend staying here. The most disappointing aspect is that they are part of the Marriott chan. In comparison...

"No hangers in wardrobe. Friends who were staying have us some of theirs. Broken window blind lying on floor in room. Both these things reported right away . Asked for change of room but hotel full due to a coach party being in. Employee couldn’t repair blind as fitting broken. Used the throw blanket from bottom of bed to cover window . Disappointing. As blanket thin an outside lights shining in . "

"Great stay while over-nighting. The receptionist walked outside with me to show me where to get the tram to the airport the next morning. Thx"
