"The hotel is in a great location for the airport and is about 40 mins walk to Lego House / Legoland. We were allocated a room on arrival and the reception staff gave us a heads up that there was construction happening in the morning and if it was a problem, they would move us. The construction was no issue at all, the problem was the location of the room. The rooms have no aircon, we had the window open as it was warm and I was kept awake by people going in and out of the hotel, suitcases...

"Lovely hotel opposite the train station and very close to the attractions, cafes and restaurants. It is a short walk to the castle, lake, shops, town, etc, which makes this a perfect location. The room was great, shower wonderful and the bed was super comfortable. I liked the huge windows, the desk space and the comfy chair. Everywhere was modern and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of good quality options. I wasn't keen on the QR code booking breakfast/check out...

"We stayed in a Wild West themed cabin that slept 4 people in 2 sets of bunk beds. We were warm and cosy on both nights of our stay. The cabin was spotless clean and had everything we needed. You hire linen for the bed for about £10 I think. Excellent location to walk to LEGOLAND and a bit of a further walk to LEGO House. Great place to stay. Breakfast was good. "

"The decor in the property is a little dated but it was clean, the bed was very comfortable and large rooms. The chef was very personable and even arranged bacon to be available for us at breakfast even though it is not on their menu. The food was delicious and the blonde haired waitress very friendly and helpful. All in all a great stay and good value for money. "

"We stayed here for one night to get some rest during our roadtrip. This hotel has thin walls. Didn’t get much sleep since we could hear the person next door snoring the whole night. I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone scared of spiders. There were spider webs in the bedroom and in the bathroom. We also found spiders in our room. This was not an issue for us but still, just a heads up. The hotel could benefit from cleaning a bit more thorougly. On the positive side, parking was easy and...
