"The first room we got assigned had no towels, a dirty shower and missed pillow cases. The reception said that housekeeping couldn’t come back to clean and we were assigned another room. It appeared that it was cleaned but the airconditioning wasn’t working in this room. This property is old, not maintained (leaking air conditioning in the hallways) or cleaned (dirty carpets) . Staff didn’t even care when I told them I had a terrible stay upon check out. They just smiled. When paying 300 Euros...

"This accommodation is basic. The kitchen woul be more useful with better utensils eg a sharp knife, veg peeler, chopping board. The beds were very comfortable with ample bedding and the bathroom and toilet were fine. The WiFi was hopeless. There is ample parking near each apartment. We had a very pleasant stay."

"I love the ambience, kind staff. The pool staff was a bit aloof and didnt start the sauna's on time and I had to ask and they forgot to turn one of them on , (which wouldnt have mattered but I only had an hour and it was the reason I came) It is quite far from the train station and quite a pricey uber/ cab drive (38 euros from trouville station) but it is well worth it for the spa vibe and the beautiful floral decor around the hotel. "We had a little difficulty in finding the property but Google Maps did the trick ! Once we arrived, the reception by the owner was excellent and the property clean, well-equipped and like new.
