Upon arrival, the room had not been thoroughly cleaned. We asked the staff to please clean it while we were out for lunch. We came back two and a half hours later and it still was not clean. "A quaint boutique hotel located within walking distance to Old Quebec City. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Parking was easy and reasonably priced with in/out privileges. The hotel uses physical keys for its rooms, which can be both a plus and a minus. There is only one elevator servicing all five floors, and the ride can be shaky. Overall, a great stay! "

"Very nice hotel in a beautiful part of Old Quebec. Things to be aware of, there are no charge ports or outlets on nightstands. Seems odd in 2024 to not have that. Second, there is no night time support. I had a key card not work after hours, I called the 1800# they couldn't help me. I called the sister hotel, they couldn't help me. I ended up sleeping in a lobby chair until cleaning staff came in at 630am. That is less than optimal. "

"Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Our family truly enjoyed our stay in the family friendly room that felt sound proof. The kids separate sleeping area was great. Hotel room is spacious and felt like home away from home with an eating area, TV, free wudu, microwave and refrigerator. Love the non carpeted floors and bathroom. Hotel is very clean and looks just like pictures. It has a big parking lot and it was conveniently located near all the tourist sites. Everywhere was 17 minutes away....

"Very convenient location. Public parking is nearby and the fee is reasonable. However, beware the streets near the hotel are narrow and most of them are one way. The parking spot recommended by the hotel is excellent (8 minutes walk) but the entrance can be easily missed. If you miss it, rerouting will take another 10 to 15 minutes because of the one way streets and congested traffic. Drive slow, really slow!!!"
