Not only within easy walking distance of the hub of the old town but right next to the beautifully lush Parque García Sanabria with its fountains, sculptures and interesting displays. Bus stop right outside main entrance. Lovely hotel restaurant. Room with balcony was clean and bed comfortable. Great to have a decent-sized fridge but I was missing facilities to make hot drinks. Spar store next door much appreciated. "

"For what we paid the hotel is outstanding, the Guy on reception is super friendly and very knowledgeable about the local area,, he can’t do enough for you. The hotel is really relaxed about bringing your own drink etc to the pool. The pool bar is superb and very reasonable cost wise. The location is fantastic, especially if you’re on a budget, very clean and the water in the swimming pool is immensely clean and warm in the bottom pool! "We had a great stay at the palm beach. Entertainment at the pool or in the evening each day we stayed which was a great bonus. Lots of amenities at the hotel area too, 2 mins to the strip and the cafe type shop that makes toasties/baguettes just outside the hotel was amazing!!"

"Our stay was great and unfortunatly this review is aimed at hotels.com who have given me no choice but to raise this as a warning to others. Our hotels.com account was hacked on the 27th April and was reported immediately however hotels.com have no alleged fraud team or security team and did nothing resulting in someone now having control of my account my bookings and the use of my reward nights. Since the compromise of the account I have had two bookings cancelled and a refund of £1085.07 made...
