Only negative was that the selfcatering apartment we had was a little tired (needed new grouting in bathroom and loose veneer etc). The rest of the hotel looked in good order including the dining area. The staff were wonderful and the food was great. Useful that they have shops built into the ground floor, so easy to pick up food etc. Very close to the beach which was great.

Everything was excellent - ocean view from the balcony, perfect location - close to the beach and pedestrian walk that goes by multiple beaches both directions. Hotel has parking for extra charge, but it has good discount for hotel guests. Room was clean and hotel staff was very friendly.

First room was small for 3 people , mouldy in bathroom and bedroom, smell was awful from bathroom like sewers cleaner came but apart from changing bedding couldnt see what else they did. Hatch in hall came through on 4rh morning where water from the air con unit must have been collecting and fill a large plastic tub which must have been placed there to catch it . Came and said was fixed continue to drip in hall. Moved to another from much more spacious clean and no damp. However went to make toast and the toaster tripped whole room and electricity, was a good location. Did have a lot more going for it but disnt allow it to spoil my holiday, made the best of what we had. As dont spend lots of time in room anyway

Hotel very dated and in need of a revamp. Room however had huge balcony looking out over the sea which made everything else seem that bit better.

We stayed for 3 nights, the hotel staff were all very friendly & helpful at all times. The hotel was very convenient as it was very close to all the bars, restaurants & beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel. Breakfast is great with good food and lots of options. Restaurants are around the corner. Kamilla's cafe underneath the hotel has great sandwiches and barraquitos

Palm beach

Generally a positve experience front desk were friendly and helpful. Apartments were fairly spacious and hotel had pretty good facilities. Location is excellent close to everything you need.

Friendly staff, walking distance to the beach, plenty of grocery and restaurants nearby. The pool is amazing as well, will definitely recommend for family holiday.
