"Good value hotel very helpful staff"

"Hotel is clean and bed is comfortble, if decor is slightly shabby. It is fine for an overnight stay when on a journey. Handy for Les Sables d'Olonne which is a nice port with good restaurants. We arrived late so the restaurant was closed but the hotel has a late check in which is useful."

"Very professional hospitality staff great bar and dining areas but costly for essentially a basic motel. "

"The room was comfortable and spotless."

"Friendly reception and excellent rooms and parking"

"Perfect stop over "

"I had a great experience staying here! Simple, clean, quite, very friendly people working there, Jolie, at the cafe downstairs was so welcoming! Convenient for travel across the street from the train station as the name suggests. Friendly staff and breakfast available for an affordable extra charge, recommended for anyone passing through!"

"Great hotel, the Spa is a must after a day cycling. Bike storage provided was super convenient."

"I will stay at this hotel again. Clean, comfortable and the staff helpful."

"I would stay there again"

"super top"

"Hôtel au calme Très bonne pizza Chambre confortable Petit déjeuner correct"

"Room was very clean staff were very helpful good breakfast air con was okay could have been stronger but all in all our stay was good"

"Arrived to find hotel locked and dark, no answer to the number provided, no information prior to arrival on hotel 'opening hours' and no response from requests for refunds. Dreadful service."

"Good quality beds, and a decent room. However the electrics are a little dated, no USB sockets etc, it's not a major issues, but it is 2026, should need plug socket adaptors these days. Swimming pool was great, kids loved it. Staff are friendly and accomodating"

"Besides the fact that our room was not cleaned in 3 nights stay, the facility is decent and its central location makes it a nice spot to be in la Roche/Yon."

"A well situated and comfortable hotel. Right by the ferries to get to other parts of the town. Nice view over the marina."

"Very nice property with easy parking and excellent staff - perfect for a stop over when traveling. "

"This is NOT a hotel! The front desk explained that it is a condo rental. That means you do not get any cleaning, even with a8 night stay. And you get 1 bath towel, nothing else. No replacement towels, and no hand towel or washcloths. And you get 1 roll of toilet paper, then you have to buy it yourself. Having said that, the front desk staff was very helpful, when they were present. And it is only 1 block to the beach. If you have a larger rental car, beware of the enclosed parking spaces...

"Really unique space in french countryside, really quiet and calm. It was a little hot beacuase of the weather, maybe implemetn a fan in the rooms."
