"Front desk attendant was a little rude and didn’t seem eager to help. The pool that wasn’t by the kid splash area was out of service. Would have preferred to use that pool to avoid the kid crowd"

"It was a nice weekend getaway, water park was good, very crowded, more people than chairs available. The room was average, missing batteries for the tv remote and the ceiling fan worked with a remote, which we did not find until the morning of check out. There was a large soft spot on floor near the bathroom entrance, resort may need to look into that, could be a liability issue in the future. Staff was always polite and respectful, overall it was a good stay, undecided if I would stay again. "

"Like that it had 2 different areas to accommodate people for the swimming pools and the outdoor games, the movie, loved that...my room was nice except that there's hardly any pressure in the shower head and there was a small leak under the sink. "
