"The decore in the rooms are very unique. The downside was the bed, it had a shelf surrounding and being short it made it hard to get in and out of bed. The staff were very friendly. "It was truly magical. I had a first-floor corner apartment, washer and dryer was convenient, private pool and deck, and great beach view. With ocean sounds at night. Security is absolute, the pools on the property and landscaping are colorful, the bar staff so nice, and the nice touches like LED colored lighting for the ceiling were soothing. "The location of the Palma Rima is excellent and the bungalows are a good size and in nice grounds. The staff are all excellent particularly the reception staff and money exchange (safe) man (Buba Demba) and all of the security and cleaning/maintenance staff who we had most dealings with. The breakfast is not the best however with limited choice. We also never ate or drank in the hotel due to the cost. "

"Great place close to the river to fully disconnect from the light, dust and noise pollution. Especially at night, it’s so quiet, you get to hear birds, see stars in the sky, man, I got one of my deepest /best sleeps. This location is also couple degrees cooler at night that in town which I really like. The staff are very responsive and respectful. I would definitely opt for the food service, it’s so good. The owner Mike is always very responsive and helpful. Overall great place for anyone...
