"Wir hatten Zimmer 24 Das war ok. Allerdings sehr hellhörig und im Geschoss über der 24 ist noch eine Wohnung. Wenn die da obe niessen dann hört man dan in den Zimmern darunter. Die Toilette ist genau über Zimmer 24 und man hört jeden Tropfen. Frühstück ist Ok und nicht zu wenig. "

"The meeting that I was schedule to attend in Neuchatel was cancelled a full six months before it was to take place due to the Covid-19 pandemic. When I attempted to communicate with the hotel both through Orbitz and directly to see if I could get a refund, partial, refund, or postpone my reservation until next year, my queries were met with silence. Clearly not a guest-customer oriented establishment. The kept the deposit and didn't say a word. Very poor customer relations."

"Hotel nuovissimo. Ho soggiornato il 14 maggio 2024 e l'hotel ha aperto il 6 maggio. La parte esterna non è ancora terminata, ma le parti comuni e le camere sono perfettamente finite e molto gradevoli. La mia camera non era grandissima ma era molto funzionale con belle finestre molto grandi. Letto molto comodo e bagno molto bello. E' posizionato in centro e a pochi metri dalla stazione raggiungibile a piedi. Grazie alle finestre nuove molto ben insonorizzate il treno quasi non si sente e comunque...

"Great accommodations for a small mountain town. The building was gut renovated in 2019 after having sat dormant for years after the previous hotel on site was burned down. Loved the inside vibe though the decor inside the hotel rooms were a bit sparse (spacious though). For Americans, there is no AC (not particularly uncommon) so beware. Hostess was good at communicating late checkin procedures since we did not arrive at the property until 10 pm. Overall lovely stay with all our basic needs...

"The property is good and the adjacent restaurant was good too. I wasn't happy an iron for clothes pressing was not available at all and i would have needed to pay for that service. Arriving in the evening the service is not available anyway. So, I a lot of hot water for steam was used to make clothing presentable for work."

"The room was very basic. We booked a 4 bed room (because that’s all was available) but when we checked in it was a small 2 bed room. No amenities in the room such as tea/coffee. Quite expensive for the facilities."
