"Overall understaffed. The food in the restaurant was not the best but good portions. Order-taking and service took long due to short staff. Walls were very thin and all of the doors closed with a large slam, making it very sleep-disruptive in the morning and night. The shower door of my room was broken. "Room: cosy. Well equipped. (no kettle? Can't remember) Bathroom: shared with the room we got but very smart and only shared with two other rooms. Staff: so friendly and helpful. Big fan. Breakfast: 10/10 no notes Bike: place to leave bikes over night safe and sound. Area: quiet and lovely. Really awesome monument to European peace and prosperity. Vibe: obviously a super loved local place to be. Very chill, very good. Highly recommend "

"Do not book to stay here! The room was absolutely filthy, it clearly hadn’t been checked before we were put in there. We stayed for a few hours and then left as it was disgusting and we didn’t feel comfortable to stay until checkout, we actually got ready in the car park as that was cleaner. There was dead bugs everywhere, dust and dirt on the floor and even the toilet roll was covered in dirt. We took pictures and reached out to expedia for a refund, however the manager at the hotel is refusing to provide any sort of money back for this awful stay. Book somewhere else. "
