"We had a few of issues to begin with which were sorted out quickly and efficiently, a front room which was changed to a back room, a TV remote that wasn't working (they changed the batteries) and a cloudy lager that was exchanged with no quibbles. The bedroom was generally ok, but would have benefitted with brighter bedside lighting and the mould in the en-suite ceiling needs sorting, the remainder of the en-suite was very clean. "We had a family room for 2 nights. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. Despite reading some negative reviews complaining about noise, we were not disturbed. Check in was easy and free parking was brilliant. We chose to have breakfast included and it was very nice with a good selection. The location of the hotel is perfect- right by the seafront and pier. We all really enjoyed our stay. "
