Some peeling paint in the bedroom and noise insulation not as good as it could be - we could clearly hear the entertainment in one of the conference rooms underneath our room. "One night stay. Great relaxing and quiet location easy parking within 50 metres. Very clean, spacious, light airy and well furnished room. Excellent quality breakfast delivered free to my room. Unbelievably great value for the money. I travel around the yk on a weekly basis, Bed and breakfast for this or substantialy more money do not come any better. Keep up the great work!! "

"When I arrived, there was no heating on in the room and it was quite chilly. I had a word with reception and it was soon resolved. Someone came to the rescue! Comfortable, quiet and pleasant all night. Very friendly and helpful at the Thomas Arms. I will be returning when on my regular visits to Llanelli. Thanks. "
