"Purtroppo la camera non era pulita (doccia sporca e capelli ovunque), pareti in bagno con la muffa, vetri finestra praticamente bianchi (colature non ben precisate) e manutenzione della camera lasciava molto a desiderare. Oltretutto hanno cercato di verniciare la stanza ma hanno verniciato talmente male da verniciare anche le porte, le luci e accessori vari. Non sono abituato a dare recensioni negative ma qui c’è poco da salvare...carico qualche foto per meglio comprendere"

"We stayed at this property for 4 nights at the end of June with our 2 teenage daughters in the 2 bedroom apartment named Cipresa (Cypress). We all loved our stay here, the grounds were lovely, the pool was so clean and refreshing and the location was perfect for what were were looking for after 4 busy days in Florence. The ability to have laundry access was also very helpful. Parking was convenient, it was easy to either walk into Siena (very safe and about 20 min) or the front desk can call you...

We were not offered a fan for the first night and it was miserable. They sent a technician but it still was not working for a second night. I asked to speak to a manager two different times but was refused. We asked for a different room but they said they were full.
