"This was not a genuine 4 star Hotel. It was dated with problems with the bathroom etc - sink not draining etc Parking was absurd. 30 minutes notice required to get your car for 30 euro. We paid nearly $350 Australian a night which was ridiculous for the Hotel quality. It was not NH standard nor 4 star standard. I am regular stayer at NH Hotels & generally find them good but not this one. The stay has me seriously rethinking using Expedia going forward. You can see from my spending with...

"This hotel is stunning, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and its the first hotel I've stayed at where they follow their own rule of not replacing towels if you keep them hung up! My only complaint was that the pool chairs photographed were not set up even though it was a warm May weekend but perhaps these are only set up in the summer. "
