"Hotel was very nice and the staff were really nice too. The lock on our door worked but was stiff. I personally found the bed in room 108 uncomfortable and the room was cold, despite turning the heating up. Other than this it was good. "

"Stayed 1 night in a family room, room was very clean and quiet. Hotel is in an excellent location for connections to all major routes and had plenty of parking. Staff very pleasant and helpful, we returned late and needed an additional duvet and they dealt with this quickly. Breakfast was good and had a reasonable selection though the coffee machine was broken (only 2 options). I’d definitely stay here again if I was in the area."

"Overall the stay was good. Staff were nice, helpful and friendly. The room was nice and clean. The only problem that I had was, I ordered a pizza from room service that was marked up as being hand made with chicken, choretho and halepinos. The pizza that was delivered was an obvious one that you can buy cheaply from Tesco's. It had a stuffed crust filled with tomato sauce, that was not on the menu and no halepinos. "The staff here were very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The actual hotel was at a service station so could be quite noisy at times, but it definitely served its purpose for us personally. The actual things in the hotel were quite dated and old fashioned, the double bed was comfortable, however the double sofa bed was terrible and uncomfortably thin. "Noise from within the hotel during the night. Thin walls? When the fire alarm sounded in the night, guests gathered at the front of the hotel. It was quite some time before any staff appeared to offer guidance and explanations. The 'Deluxe Queen Room' on arrival was nothing like the picture when booked. The lack of a shower was strange: the bath mixer taps were extremely temperamental."
