"Great helpful staff very welcoming and knowledgeable staff. Wotif.com didn’t portray the room as I found it share bathroom down the hall. My elderly father and I found the old style lift difficult to enter and exit as I had to hold both the doors open as my father had to negotiate getting into the lift on a 4 wheel walker. The lift is turned off overnight and we were on the 2nd floor. Not all the ramps inside the hotel were open during the 24 hours he couldn’t use steps on check out the ramps were not open which made it difficult to get to the car. Other than this for an able body person it’s a great stay so would recommend. "

"The staff were friendly & check in/out was easy, the rooms were clean and spacious, a full length mirror would have been nice, parking was easy and the facilities were good"

"The staff were exceptionally helpful. Shops ( next door) offered a range of foods . Room was kept very clean by staff and consummables were replaced as required. An older place that is well maintained."
